JTap is not liable for any damages resulting from the misuse of our services, interruptions in service, or unauthorized access to your account, except where prohibited by applicable law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Qatar, including Qatar’s Electronic Transactions Law No. 16 of 2010, and other applicable business and consumer protection regulations.
