At JTap, we aim to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return or modify your order. Our Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or exchanges may be processed:
Cancellations and Modifications
You may modify or cancel your order before it enters the production phase. Once your JTap card has been sent for printing, modifications or cancellations will no longer be possible.
Refund Eligibility
If your JTap card arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will review your case and, if applicable, offer a replacement or refund.
Please note, refunds are not issued for changes of mind or design dissatisfaction after the card has been printed.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund or report an issue, please contact our customer support team at support@jtap.com with your order details. We will guide you through the necessary steps.
Important Information
- Refunds may take 5-7 business days to process.
- Custom orders cannot be refunded once approved for printing.
- Any shipping costs associated with returning items will be the responsibility of the customer.
